To strengthen aspiring individuals who have skill or talent and are willing to work hard but lack the means to do so. We aim to support these individuals in their entrepreneurial initiatives so that they can overcome the cycle of poverty they are trapped in.
We do this by providing seed funding to very simple but promising ideas and livelihood initiatives at grassroot level, through interest free loans and grants.
Individuals in low income groups are often struggling to survive and it is too risky to follow their dreams to start a humble enterprise. Everyone in their network has similar circumstances so they cannot get any financial support from family and friends. When they do borrow money from outside, its at exorbitant rates.
